Germany’s showcase golfer Martina Eberl knows of the importance of a professional fitness-routine for the sport of golf. She attended a fitness check-up at the Alpha Klinik coached by personal trainer Claudia Pöhlmann and chief-trainer Bernd Sigl shortly after her sensational victory at the Ladies Madrid Masters 2007. At the Alpha Klinik she received a specifically tailored exercise plan that emphasizes on stabilizing the neck- and lumbar spine. Because the 26-year old Munich based pro spends a lot of her time in her training camp in the USA, her spine exercise will be coordinated in close cooperation with the renowned rehabilitation facility of Dr. Michael N. Fulton in Daytona beach.
